Boots'Beats Pops Off

Boots’Beats pops and that’s not joke. “Timeless” has a very upbeat R&B/pop feel like something you’d hear from Usher. He then gets a little island with “What’s Going On.” It’s an easygoing track that just allows you to groove to the music nice and slow. Things pick up and get a little sass with “Badass.” It’s still a great pop song, only with a bit more bite to it. That idea keeps on going with “My Jungle,” while Boots’Beats starts to bring the fun with “I Wanna Party.” That one is definitely a weekend anthem. Chancie Bramlett: "In Your Will"

Chancie Bramlett flips the script on traditional Christian music. “In Your Will” does not even sound like something they would be bumping in a chuch on the surface. It’s a very lively pop song, but listen and after a second you’ll hear the faith loud and clear. Honestly though, anyone who is just a fan of music that makes you move will be into this song. Bramlett definitely could crossover into the secular world if he wanted, but he’s doing just fine with his Lord like music. I am love's Gypsy Folk

I am love is a folk band that verges on indie from the big PA. “Truest” is a beautifully sung song that really strikes a chord with the core of listeners because of how honest the vocals come across. You get a bit of a gypsy feel with “Oh Take.” There’s something very carnival like about the arrangement. Then you have a soft intro that is very misntrel with “Devil Wears a Leotard.” Then it takes you down a path that’s a little dark. The most modern sounding track of the bunch is “Starting Over.” It has a very ’70s indie aroma to it. If you’re into indie music that has a whimsy to it, check out I am love today. Jason Fubler's Pop Is On Point

Jason Fubler is full of surprises. “She Loves” is a very upbeat pop song that has a little bad boy spirit to it. The vocals have a bit of Gavin DeGraw’s bite in them too. That bad boy thing actually comes across like a melodic rock track in “Tragedy In Color.” You could imagine this song on a Hoobastank record if you close your eyes, or don’t because who remembers what those guys look like in 2014? This one comes as a bit of a surprise after the other one leaned more towards the pop side of the spectrum. Rounding things out is a rock ballad in “Hero Inside You.” So it seems the bad boy has some heart. Jazzmeus Spans the EDM Spectrum

Jazzmeus is an electronic artist that makes you feel something new with each track. “Albinoni” sounds like a chaotic time. The beat is fast and it doesn’t let up. It’s like an EDM trip. With “Aura” you have a track that definitely doesn’t take a page from the last one’s book. It’s still upbeat but not as spastic. For some reason this one has a calming effect. Then you have “RuN” which would make you want to. It’d offer up itself to be a great motivator on jogs and in 5ks around the globe. The vocal parts of “Last Chance” make you think it’s your last chance to survive. They’re haunting to say the least. You feel a little enchanted as “Frost” plays. It has this royal vibe to it, almost celestial even. With Jazzmeus you get beats and sounds that span the spectrum but that all fall under the electronic umbrella. Ethan Harvey is a California born singer who now resides in Texas but you’d swear he was somewhere a little more tropical. “Gratitude” throws you a curveball. Without knowing this guy was all about the Rasta…the intro gives off the impression that he’s just your basic singer/songwriter. Nope, he has that island feel in his music. That one’s a bit passionate while “Took It Away” comes at you soft but then gets a bit hardcore. It’s about those girls in your life who are just no good for you. When it comes to “Destiny By Chance” you can do nothing but smile as the musical delight. It’s easygoing and like a relaxed day. The same can be said of “I See Your Pain,” only this one has more to it than a soft spoken tale. Shiloh Sings with Thought

Shiloh does a great job at questioning the world and putting it to song. “Is the World Coming to an End?” is a well constructed piano driven piece that strikes a chord with those into deeper thoughts about their surroundings. When you get to “Without a Flashlight” you get a better feel for who Shiloh is as a vocalist. You can hear her soul a little more and her vibrato. She showcases a little more youthful vibe with “Miracle.” It has a bit of a pep in its step. That style continues with “My Good Friend,” although it’s not as peppy as the last. Then you get a life lesson with “Money, Money, Money” and how it isn’t as great as one would think.
