Molumes Wilson Touches Your Soul

Molumes Wilson looks like a man who knows about the foundation of soul, and it’s even more apparent when you hear him. “I Can’t Live Without You” is cool, calm and collected as he puts his heart out there. While that one had a more modern adult contemporary sound, “Take A Ride With Me” sounds more like something classic and out of the 70’s. It’s as smooth as a glass of wine going down the hatch in the finest bar in Downtown. We get something completely different the upbeat “Watch My Back.” A man of many sides, Molumes Wilson is the guy you want on your playlist and in your life if you’re a fan of classic R&B and soul music.
Oleg Frish - Duets With My American Idols

Oleg Frish - Duets With My American Idols

https://olegfrish.com/

This album of Oleg Fish is one of those set that you would love to listen to on a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Growing up with my grandfather with good classic songs, this album gives me a nostalgic experience. To give justice to this album, I intend to provide a per song review.

Sunny - Classic music is really the best. The song “Sunny” is like music coming out from a good old juke box. It another good groovy song that will bring yesterday’s happiness back to the present just like what the lyrics suggest. The beat has a hint of salsa beats that can make you dance for a while.

By Byron Burnett

Vancouver DJ Tony Sour is no newcomer on the dance music scene. For quite some time he has been tagged as being the future of the Canadian music world. He’s amassed accolades over the years in the Great White North for not only his turntable skills but for his role as record company CEO (Blue Label Records) and for his talent as a producer and writer.

Sour Patch Bounce is the first single from an upcoming multi-song compilation promised to be released on his label later this year. If it’s any indication of what Tony Sour is capable of then the future of Canadian music is in competent hands indeed. While only released a couple of weeks ago it has attracted hundreds of thousands of house music hungry listeners to his SoundCloud page (https://soundcloud.com/tonysour/sour-patch-bounce-tony-sour-radio/s-3uXFm/) to hear what the funky phenomenon is all about.

Rhett Davis Gives Us Quirky & Folk

Rhett Davis makes a variety of music from quirky to country. “The Hippopotamus” is a cute track that you could put on for kids and they’d instantly want to sing along. It’s a sweet track that’d take over a preschool but on the other side of what he can do, he had a soft side for the folk. “It Used To Be” is more sensitive and is far from the kiddie play we first heard. We stick with that feel as we head into “Aspen Grove” but it’s not as somber in tone. It’s more about storytelling here with a pep in his step. Rhett Davis is a jack of all trades and can do whatever he puts his mind to on the guitar. He creates various worlds with his words and sound. If you’re into folk music, but like to get silly sometimes, check out Rhett Davis today.
“Neighbours” by So Does Your Mother

“Neighbours” by So Does Your Mother

BANDCAMP: https://sodoesyourmother.bandcamp.com/

“Neighbours” is the first full length album from the Italian prog rock dance collective So Does Your Mother (SDYM). Originating from Rome in 2009, SDYM went through several lineup changes while establishing a themselves as a solid 9-piece live act which culminated in their first recording, the 2009 EP “Fac(e)ing The Animals”. Inspired by the lyrical ironies and nonsensical wordsmithing of Frank Zappa, and the technically proficient progressive rock of the 60’s and 70’s, SYDM exists somewhere in between YES, Rush, Parliament, ELP, Primus, and a Las Vegas lounge band.

The Golden Pipes of Andrew Gosson

Andrew Gosson has a voice that leaves you breathless. “Give It Time” opens strong and only continues to grow as he finds his footing in the lyrics and the heart of the song. He sounds like he could’ve won “American Idol” in the past handful of years. With “Live and Love” you can hear the depth that Gosson is capable of. His sound is like that of a singer-songwriter, there is no doubting that - but he has this Mumford and Sons element to him that takes you a little further into what he’s doing. He really captures a feel and vibe with every stroke of the guitar. Since pressing play, he’s had this heartfelt style but with “Dreaming On” he sounds sort of sinister at times. Not his voice, but the music he’s constructed makes it seem like he’s a villain in a western here. If you’re Spotify is overflowing with the likes of Mumford and Sons and Chris Stapleton, check out Andrew Gosson’s music today!
David Hudson: I Got What You Want

David Hudson’s “I Got What You Want” opens with a great kickback to 70’s soul with “Honey Honey.” You’re instantly submerged in a smooth vocal delivery that takes over all the senses and lets you know, things are going to be good from this point on - and they are. That sensual take on R&B continues with “When I’m Lovin’ You” and does not stop. This song has the power to be baby making music, that’s for sure. So does “Let Me Wrap You in My Love,” but this one has more of an upbeat pace than the others. Speaking of pace, “Pump It” really takes us into a new light of what Hudson can do. This one is all about moving and grooving as you can’t help but get into the spirit of it and shake it. If you’re a fan of soul music from the 70’s and like it with a little funk every now and again, check out David Hudson’s latest, “I Got What You Want,” out now!
Just Dance with Mister Goff

Mister Goff makes music I’m sure would be a delight in the club scene. “Watch Me” is full of energy and you could hear it on a Thursday night any time on a dance floor in Hollywood. It had life, it has a great beat - it has people dancing up a storm. We tone it down a bit with “Get Off.” Here you can hear more of his vocals and a little drama. With “Fly” we’re back up and here, I’d compare his style to the great RuPaul in terms of theatrics and the full packaging. Last, but certainly not least - “Diva Bitch” has a striking fierceness to it that is inescapable. If you’re a fan of dance music that rocks to the core, check out Mister Goff now.
The RIDEOUTS – Heart & Soul

The RIDEOUTS – Heart & Soul

URL: https://www.therideouts.com/

The Rideouts offer a new set of music. Their album is a combination of EDM and rock. Their Heart & Soul album is very catchy and actually starts with an upbeat sound that is more rock and roll in rhythm and beat.

Their songs are as follow:

Not Enough

The song doesn’t have much words, but with very few words, the message of the song is very soulful. It is about someone who is trying to convince its other half or partner that with all the effort that it gave or provide, it still seems not enough. There is a sense of longing and providing enough attention for the person. Among all songs of the album, this is the most catchy song the Rideouts have.
