Angie Haze Unleashes New Creep Pop Sound with the Exclusive Release of Full Length Album, “Time Thief”

Akron, OH — With a successful introduction to her new sound, Angie Haze and her bandfam sold out their featured debut at The Rialto Theatre on October 15th, 2022.

The full length album entitled, “Time Thief” is now available exclusively at Angie Haze concerts. The album is not streaming on any platform. After an incredible amount of work and study, the band decided that this collection was special and deserved exclusivity. Before its release, “Time Thief” won the LIT Talent Gold Award for Best Album. Competition Judge, An Vedi, posted a comment stating “it was one of the best contemporary albums I’ve ever listened to.” Following the success of the release, Angie Haze signed a record deal with FBP Music Group.

The album is available in the form of a passport sized booklet containing photos and lyrics along with a download code of
the LP.

Each song delivers an abundance of ear candy to virtually immerse the listener inside every story. Haze was deeply inspired by the success of her EMDR therapy, which incorporated bilateral movement of sound. She went on to include aspects of this in the production of “Time Thief”. If one listens with headphones, they can hear the subtle binaural beats that coincide with the purposeful sound design and lyrics. “Time Thief” can best be described as the feeling of excitement for nostalgia and then a wave of melancholy that often comes from looking into the past. While this collection pokes and prods on some delicate stories, the listener is left with a sense of uprising for change. With influences such as Radiohead, Cosmo Sheldrake & Billie Eilish, this album sounds like a Tim Burton, Annie Lennox tea party.

Award Winning Singer Songwriter, Angie Haze is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer. Her latest sound is evocative and experimental with a gritty, creep-pop appeal. Supported by her powerful band family, they deliver a riveting and poignant performance. This haunting, but high energy act features four-part vocal arrangements and a wide variety of
musicians. Haze’s bandfam represents a commonality that reflects the voices of distinct cultures.

Tagging this new sound as creep-pop, Haze explains “Nothing else captures the vibe quite like those two words put together. With influences by producers, Nigel Godrich, FINNEAS, and Cosmo Sheldrake, | created my own personal story’s sound design… I’m a survivor. My songs are for the forgotten; to uplift the voices of those who have been silenced.”
