Dave Altman Project’s “Arc of Madness” is a record for the rockers out there who aren’t all about the loud aspects of it all. “Set You Free” has as many clean lines as a fresh pressed piece of linen, while the title track sets listeners up for a good time with its consistency throughout. There’s never a down part to it. When it comes to “Brown Eyes” you get this modern rock piece that’s a bit more romantic. Then as for “V,” the vocals come across as the center piece of the meal.
