Experimental Rock from Frank Sette

Another bright solo artist is emerging from the East coast, merging styles and blending influences to generate a captivating style of music which wraps itself around the listener and holds on tight. Frank Sette of Forest, Virginia began playing keyboard, guitar, and songwriting as a hobby, eventually constructing his personal home studio where he continues to pen and create new ideas.

It’s difficult to completely pin down Sette’s genre, which wavers between indie, post rock, pop, and experimental, supported by his liquid smooth vocal tone which soars across the musical backdrop. Influences such as Dream Theater and Coldplay are clearly apparent in songs like “In Time” and “Letter from a Friend,” although Sette still manages to leave his personal touch on each one.
