Released April 15, 2020, ‘Crosshill Nights’ is the latest record from saxophonist extraordinary Rainer Theobald. With only seven tracks, Rainer Theobald can captivate and elevate the genre with elements of funk tossed in the mix that bring an overall chilled groove to the album. Rainer Theobald was not alone in his efforts on this record as he had a cascade of talented artists alongside for the ride; Veronika Vogel (vocals, guitar), Charlson Ximenes (guitar), Stephan Blank (trumpet, french horn), Damian Probiesch (trumpet), Hagen Grahlow (keyboard), and Torsten Wendorf (bass).

Together, along with Rainer Theobald masterful compositions and saxophone ways they brought each track alive from the press of play as the title track welcomes you into a world built on a sound structure and sophistication.
