Cassidy Hill: What Was Will Be

Cassidy Hill’s “What Was Will Be” is a true blue singer/songwriter record at its best. “Shield and Sword” will be on anyone’s playlist who’s ever felt something strong about someone and wanted the feelings reciprocated. “Hypochondriac” is or more less the same idea. What’s good to point out at this point is Cassidy’s vocals. They have an honest, a purity to them. She doesn’t strain to make you hear her loud and clear. When it comes to pretty voices though, you can look to “Midnight Symphony” for that. Rounding this one out is “What Was Will Be.” It’s a sincere performance that caps things off right.
