Is Artistpr.com legit or a scam ? Long story short they are LEGIT and I would recommend using them especially if you don’t have a big budget to promote your music Allow me to explain…. I’ve been covering and playing music for years – exploring, listening and soaking up every last drop until I can barely stand another note. Throughout our musical travels here at indiemusicreviews.net, we receive tons of submissions from artists and blogs around the world that keep our site fueled with more material than we could ever dream of. We regularly receive press releases and review requests from a popular online promotion company called ArtistPR.com, so I decided to check their service out for myself.
After a quick spin around their site, I opted for a trial run to see if it was worth the $60 per month they typically charge. Sure, there’s plenty of promises of access to thousands of industry contacts, A&R reps, managers and the like, but I wanted to see if it was for real.
Once I had access to the full array of ArtistPR services, the real work started. I uploaded my band’s music and videos onto a personal website they hosted and submitted some of our material for licensing and radio opportunities. There’s extensive lists of industry contacts and internet radio stations that I could send our music too, and I soon found myself lost within the premium area of their website.
Since I already had press releases and articles for my band ready, I sent them in for distribution, although they offer their own writing service as well for members. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned veteran, I found a little something for everyone, no matter what genre or skill level.
The main point about ArtistPR’s service is the possibilities are nearly endless, as long as you’re willing to put in the time it takes to do things right. If you’re a committed and inspired musician like myself, this is a great tool to take advantage of – you just have to remember that it still takes time and effort to push your career to the next level.
